As far as I'm concerned taht access charge will kill my use of the nets. It
is really going to nip the telecommunications via computer industry (for
the average Joe who the government doesn't care about anyway) in the bud.
The only people who will still use the nets will be businesses. This is
just another example of a government which sees business as more important
than people. It's disgraceful.
