gcvt() blink bug!

Ed,
LCM.LIB is the big brother. The others are smaller, and don't support
evrything. The LCMFFP.LIB is for using the FFP math, and if I remember
correctly, the IEEE lib by itself doesn't have transcendentals in it. I just
link 'em in, and make sure that the compiler gets what it needs. 8)
