Bob,
Check out the help files in DL 1. You can find them with a BRO/KEY:*HLP,
and they are very useful. One you will need for sure is ARC.HLP, and its
companion program in DL 4 called ARC.EXE. The viewer program you downloaded
is most likely in ARCed form, and will have to be 'deARCed'.
