The inconsistency lies in the difference between the comma operator's
(guaranteed) order of evaluation, versus the (compiler-specific) order of
evaluation for function parameters. They are two different beasts. It's
just that these two things look almost the same. Quiet down, Larry might
hear us. 🙂
