Neil, Please describe the situation for me again. I cannot recall what your system consists of. I believe your memory is in the Starboard2, but do you have a 1000 or a 500? What else are you running? Have you tried running these programs with nothing at all in the machine except the most necessary stuff? Whenever something is giving me lots of trouble, I try removing every little extra I have put on, then run for a day or two with a plain machine to see if the problems stop. If so, I add back the favorite stuff one item at a time, and give a day or so between the additions. Usually, this will help me find the programs that conflict with each other – and that seems to be what is happening to you. Oh =- are these two programs the only ones giving you trouble? Or does EVERYthing crash? Betty
