Dominick, I am curious, what words from Invotronics would make you happy on the issue of your billing? Would you like Martin to publicly apologize? Would you like him to refund your money? Just what *is* your point? On your flame to Betty, here is a clue for you. When you put your words in a public forum they are to be responded too by the public. It doesn't matter a whit whether you "want" the responses. If you do not want "public response" you can use email. That is exactly why email exists. I believe you only want messages from those who agree. I also think you just want to stir up trouble and make, in this case, Invotronics "look" bad. You seem to have this idea that this forum (which is paid for by the vendor) is placed here for you to do anything you wish. It is sorta like going over to someone's house after being invited and complain about the drinks they serve. It is not nice. It is not welcome, and has nothing to do with what the forum was put here for. It is for "technical" support, at least that is my view. I'll bet anything that Invotronics has a customer service line that would be pleased to help you with your problems. I'll wager though that is not good enough for you, it is more fun to publicly humiliate the company here in public, and pretend you are performing a customer service. I do not speak for Invotronics, other than being a rather happy customer, but they did just as I would do if you attempted to publicly flog me. I would ignore you.
