I believe that was Sony — if not, then someone else with the same idea
as Sony. They've announced a handheld "electronic book". They've got
agreements will the Japanese publishing industry to provide all new books
to be published in this format. They're arranging US publisher's
cooperation before shipping the unit here. A television set can also be
used as a display device with the unit.
