CDTV has a drive port – anyone who wants to work on charts, spreadsheets, etc., can add a floppy and run ordinary Amiga applications, right? Including any applications designed for Amigas with CD-ROM drives… Given the size of the Amiga market, the ST market, the Coco market, you name it, as compared to the size of the PC and Mac market, I can understand why NEC says "Who cares!" when faced with the prospect of all those additional sales.
