Jon,
We had to change the drive in my SideCar, just about the time I gave it to
my son-in-law. We had to move a jumper to make the drive work. I don't
remember exactly what we did, but a friend looked it up in a reference book
he had, and told us where to put the jumper. Before that, it simply would
NOT recognize the drive.
