Ben, I'm not really a hardware techie, more of a software one. I can tell good software when I see it (MicroSloth hasn't produced any for years). If I remember correctly, Bill Gates _purchased_ the original DOS from a company called DRI (not too sure of the name, it was a long time ago that I read about it). Maybe I'll be able to remember better after completion of nicotine withdrawal (3 1/2 months now after smoking for 33 years). BobS
