Chris, 3DSr2 ships with a driver specifically for the Targa+. It's in the
/drivers subdirectory, and it's called RDPTPLUS.EXP. The docs for it are
in the Installation and Performance Guide, pages 50-52.
This is an RDP-type rendering-only driver. Are you also using an RCPADI
display driver in your system? Using an old RCP driver with 3DSr2 can
cause many problems.
