#V32.bis modem
I just installed the Supra modem with V32.bis. I can't seem to find a
combination of settings that will let me get around on CIS.
It replaced a Supra 2400. I tried all three of the factory settings
configurations with no luck. All this is at 2400 baud. When logging on I
get a stream of similar characters and then Whap chokes at the menus.
I've tried other term programs too. I'm not to sure about the
handShaking, software or hardware controlled. When I came close to success
I would get severely mispelled words.
Does anyone recall what they changed to get this beast running smooth?
Any ideas to try?
