C++ for Amiga?

Comeau C++ seems to be the only current C++ for the Amiga. Version 3.0 was
recently released, which includes ANSI C++ Templates.
I'm not certain about 2.0 streams. Perhaps Greg Comeau can comment on that
aspect.
