Oliver, the DPI setting in the driver doesn't change the DPI setting on the imagesetter. This number (in the driver) is reported to programs that request it for character spacing, postscript fills, etc. The resolution of the imagesetter is set from the RIP or the imagesetter itself and is not over-ridden by the driver.
