You also need to get the 2.01L upgrade – is it possible that the person you
spoke to was going to arrange for this to be sent to you? If not, just
contact our Customer Service dep't at 613-728-8200 to get it. Once you
have the 2.01L upgrade installed, put back the utilities that the Tech
Support person gave you. That should take care of things.
