Hi Lucia, The LS2000 SCSI does not use any IRQ's, it is a memory mapped card that defaults to the address of D800-DBFF. Please check the other devices installed in your computer to see if one of them is also using this memory address or, you could try changing the memory address of the Corel LS2000. If you want to try another memory address for the LS2000, I would suggest a jumper on J10 to select the E000-E3ff range. If you could send me a copy of your CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files and a list of cards installed in your computer I may be able to see a problem. Also could you describe the symptoms of "WINFAX not working". The problem could be a hardware or software conflict and any error messages or a description of what happens would be very helpful. If you would prefer a technicians assistance while you check these details you could call our SCSI Technical Support number 1-613-728- 8200. Please check all the connections to your FAX equipment and if possible re-install the WINFAX software. The front and rear panel audio outputs are not the same on the Toshiba 3301 CD-ROM player. The specifications audio output are as follows. Audio output (rear panel): Analog output (500 mVrms TYP. at load impedance 47Kohm, 1kHz) Audio headphone output (front panel): 650mVrms TYP. at load impedance 100 ohm, 1kHz What type of speakers are you using? Perhaps I could perform some tests or contact the manufacturer for you to discuss the expected performance. To use the audio output to a stereo you should be connecting the rear panel connectors to the CD input of your stereo amplifier with audio patch cables. When connecting to your walkman type speakers you should be using the cable supplied with your speakers connected to the CD-ROM's front panel audio headphone output. Continued in following message….
