The two problems you are having are quite unique, I have never heard of
them before. Try adding a &D3 to your init string or write it out to the
modems settings.(with &w)
The new ROMs are in the works and I have been told they will be available
the 15th of July. If you were refering to the Amiga fax software, yes it
is done and available now.(At lease as a package, the stand alone units may
be a couple of days yet)
