It's not quite out yet. HiSoft doesn't have a US office, but the big Amiga
distributors are carrying their products anyway (IE: American Software
carries HiSoft Pascal). When it ships I should get get a review copy; I'll
ask them about upgrade policies for folks who bought the first HiSoft BASIC
from Michtron.
