I recently got the latest driver for a CDR1503S (with IFI4 card) from a
Hitachi bulletin board at 516-829-0212. You need to download the file
"HITACHIA.SYS". It is working fine under Win 3.1 with the current MSCDEX,
version 2.21, which I downloaded from MSL under the name "CDEXT.EXE".
Otherwise, Hitachi will send you a disk with everything you need for $40.
BTW, the PC Magazine free utility CDPLAYER (11/24/92 issue) works fine for
me to play audio CDs.
