David, I don't look back to the good old days except in friends and relatives that are no longer here. The world in an international sense is getting better while on the local (or national) level crime (perhaps because of better media coverage) seems like it's on the rise, although it seems they said that thirty years ago too. There's always a few trouble spots in the world, perhaps what's happening in the remains of Yugoslavia is the worst at the moment. A Serbian organization got bombed here in Chicago just yesterday. The Europeans seem a little hestitant to do anything about it, so inevitably we probably will. Paul
