VidEdit is the video editing software that comes on the Video for Windows CD
from Microsoft. Sorta simple, but it works.
(BTW, also on the CD are BitEdit and PaletteEdit. Simple versions of tools,
but sometimes you need simple versions. For instance, BitEdit will save images
in the RLE DIB format which other tools I use won't do.)
