#Aminet CDROM

The Walnut Creek CDROM sounds nice, but while reading the description I
was struck by something: if the progs are from the Aminet Internet
Archive, can one assume that they are in the public domain? If yes, and
given that many public domain authors state that distributors may only
charge a small fee, typically 3-5 dollars per floppy disk, how does this
square with $24.95 for the CDROM, given the extremely low production cost
of a CD disk?
