The simplest method is to open another, separate document and bring in
the ASCII file there. Then, do an Edit->Select All (menu option). Next,
do an Edit->Copy. Click on the window that has your 'non-ASCII' text in
it and do an Edit->Paste. Voila!
All the commands in the ARexx section of the manual are first sorted by
menus, so it should be easy to figure out which commands do what. Snoop
through the ARexx chapter. If you still don't understand things, let me
know.
