I had this same problem on a big fuji scsi drive, basically all you have to do is set the drive id, you can leave the small drive in and set the big drive up as id 1,2,3,4 etc etc… I managed to get the instructions for the scsi ids from Hard Drives International. They were very helpful, even though I didn't buy the drive from them, they faxed me a copy of the setup sheet and were willing to talk me through the setup. it was really simple… I don't have thier number in front of me, I managed to get it out of computer shopper…
