Dave, There are two criteria that must be met in order for Final Copy II Release 2 to trigger the landscape mode. They are: Width must be greater than eight inches Height must be less than width In both cases, Width or Height equals Page Size minus appropriate Print Area settings. Since you are not likely to be printing past eight inches on your envelopes, here's what I've told others to try: Width = 9.0 PrintArea: Left = .25 and Right = .75 or PrintArea: Left = .5 and Right = .5 Or something similar. Since width is 9 inches, if you also subtract the left and right print area settings, you end up at exactly 8 inches. This will 'disqualify' the document for landscape printing.
