I missed the start of this thread, but I think you may be interested in a product that we just released called the Hyperconvertor. It is a board or stanalone box into which you plug your VGA or SVGA output and it converts it to NTSC (and/or PAL) It supports up to 1024 x 768 x 24bit input and runs realtime with your PC software.
