Wally, I am not capable of defining obscene (nor is, apparently the Supreme Court). However, that is not the issue. This disc is being offered to children and to unsuspecting BBS operators. In addition, the publishers of the disc DENY that there is any "sexually explicit" material on the disc. This is absurd as simply viewing the images on the disc is proof. I don't intend to police the CD-ROM industry. All this noise has been about the publishers denying that this material was on the disc and their threats to sue me for all sorts of reasons. The FBI tells me, by the way, that knowingly distributing a trojan horse violates some recent federal statutes. Rgds Jan
