Lee,
In your shoes I would not wait for a Fast SCSI PCI card. Even announced
cards of this nature won't actually be available for some time (months).
Then you would need a PCI motherboard which are also just coming to market.
I would not purchase one until I actually read about the whole system setup
working as its suppose to (to many potential problems).
VESA LB SCSI in an ISA box is fine or a straight EISA (or EISA/VL BUS) is
the fastest setup at the moment.
By the end of the year though I think you will see some screaming PCI systems.
