Are we talking *that* Mickey Newberry as in Rolling Thunder? Anyway…to the
point…my twin daughters (weaned on Mixed Up Mother Goose) are now 10 and have
enjoyed Loom, and are cuurently playing Indiana Jones & the Fate Of Atlantis. I
find I have to be there to oversee…but the sense of accomplishment they get
advancing in the game is a delight to behold…though I must confess to about 8
bucks worth of calls to the Sierra hot-line (The Indy came with a hint-book,
luckily). We've also enjoyed Carmen Sandiego…they've been playing that in
various and sundry forms for at least 3 years. Of course, I can't just leave
them at the machine and expect *that* much success…but you didn't say you
were looking for a babysitter…just diversion and some quality time together.
