John- I'm a bit surprised that you ran into this sort of thing at BRS. To date, I've found them far more reasonable than the average vendor. I'd suggest pursuing this in private with Melissa or Todor, with the expectation that they'll see the problem as such and resolve it. (I *think* it's still OK to say I sent ya…) They *are* growing rapidly, and sometimes hiccups can occur in a company's "corporate culture" at such times. Give 'em a break, and see what happens.
