Anyone can send messages while online. All you have to do is preface them
with SEN. You have to know the 'job number' of the person to whom you
send the message. You can get that by typing 'UST.' This gets a list of
people who are in the forum at that time, with the job number in front of
their names. Then, just 'SEN # message' to the person you want to
contact. If they are using an automated program such as AutoPilot, they
probably won't see and answer, but if they are working 'live', they
probably will.
