I still don't get it. Is there some price differential between these two
methods that you haven't explained? Is there some part of NewTek's trade-in
program that was misleading? I'm not ragging at you, I'm very curious about
your reaction to their trade-in program, that's all. From what you've said so
far, all I can tell is that you wanted to trade in your old card through your
dealer, not NewTek – but NewTek's program requires you to work directly with
NewTek.
