Well, it hasn't been officially announced but people who upgrade will be saving between $1000-1500. Assuming that a current owner can get a new Toaster board, and new s/w for his old board for $1800 through NewTek, and it would cost $3100 ($2300 for T4000, $800 for upgrade to old Toaster s/w) to get the same setup, the saving is about $1300. (Of course, this also means you have an old Toaster board, but at least it can be used as a rendering station….) Obviously they want to make the new customers happy. It's just unfortunate that those who have long supported the platform (in the face of stiff abuse) are being sent to the back of the bus. :^( Keep On Toastin' Erik Flom
