The flash was from a still camera. I was probably 50 feet in front of the camera and out of the FOV. I pointed the flash across the FOV at a moving vehicle that also had a camera located inside. I needed to know a specific point in time so that later I could tell what frame were taped at the same time. This is all for a train accident that I'm working on for an attorney. After grabbing the frames around the areas of the flash, I could see the flash with no problem using Tips and viewing the frames on the Targa+. It was defintely on just ONE field.
