Actually, the CD-I connection is not a choice between a $700 VCR or $700 game
machine since CD-I can do both and more (and you know it, too, naughty boy!)
Besides, $700 is list, and who pays that?
You do bring up one good point, however, in saying <<once the movies are
digitized, the producers can put them on a disc of any format they choose.>>
You can put MPEG on any disc, but can you get it off again? That's where CD-I
comes in, with its hardware decompression module.
