Al: I appreciate your comments. I have considered the "subject-based" approach to the CDROM products area; the problem is – where do you stop. For example, you omitted education, graphic arts, library applications, in-house publishing, etc. Subject categories cross lines and and seem to expand almost infinitely the closer you look at them. I would hate to limit by having a too-confined list. But you are probably right that we need to find a way to help people deal with these specialized products. Best – Rich
