I am very happy with my Mitsumi LU005s and i would choose the same if i 'd hav
to bye it again.
The driver 2.10 was shipped with my CD-ROM.
Actually, its seems that the 2.10b is shipped instead.
In fact, if you read this forum, you will see tha the 2.10b correct a bug (?)
in a certain serial of LU0005s (the D serial)
Its appears that without this driver, you will not be able to use CD photo on
your drive on this particular Serial of D drives from MAY 1993 to APRIL.
As my CD-ROM is not concerned with this problem, i use the "Old" driver.
A side effect of the new 2.10b on my machine, is that if i do a reset (with the
reset button of my machine), i will never be able to read my CD-ROM until a
real power off. The driver just can access the drive.
With th 2.10, no porblems at all, so i use this driver.
