Hi Rich, Animotion Development started with interactive computer demonstrations for the likes of Wang, Lotus, Sony, NEC, Headstart, etc. A couple of years ago one of the programmers wanted a database for their music collection, and they started on a simple little program. (Ha!) What came out is now called MCS Stereo, and is a complete interface to a computers ability to create, playback, and edit music. We provide 3 environments for users to access their sound capabilities; a Rackmounted stereo system that looks and operates just like a home system, a Remote that has just the basic transport/volume controls, and Enhanced componets that fully exploit the componet. We support 28 soundcards and add to that list everyday, providing support here on CIS and on our own BBS. We have a CD Player that can play & record from audio CD's and can also launch CD-ROM applications. A Digital Recorder that can record & playback .Wav files, a .Wav editor that has 10 effects like Reverse, Echo, Pan, Chorus, Mix, etc as well as your basic cut, copy, & paste. A MIDI player, and an intergrated database to store info on your sound collection.(computerized or not). I have a area in the MIDIAVEN forum, Lib 15, (GO ANIMOTION) with press releases, drivers, help files and the like. I also have extensive experience with CD-ROM drives so feel free to use me a a resource if needed. Thanks for the soapbox, answers in the future will be brief and not an advert.
