HI Paul,
I doubt very much someone making a mesh from scratch would ever get it exactly
like another, anywhere. If there is one more face, or vertex, then it is
unique. Assuming that 99.9% is NOT like the one you are comparing it to. A very
interesting subject. – Just like song writing.
I guess the discussion will get more complicated as time goes on!
