I have to disagree. I've been through a buyout, and even when the participants are serious, it is the longest, maddening, drawn out process you can imagine. Sometimes companies move slowly, but more often it occurs over a period of months, not weeks. The surprising thing to me is that I thought Commodore had a May 30th court date in the Bahamas to start the bankruptcy proceedings. Did I remember this right, and if so, did it happen, and if so, what happened? That should give us quite a few clues there. -R
