Public Relations departments are set up to handle media inquiries, not personal ones. The first thing they'd probably ask you is what news organization you represent. You will just be wasting their time and yours and not getting answers any sooner, as Samsung (if it *is* working a deal) is not going to divulge details until it's ready. Indeed, barraging the PR office with calls could keep legitimate reporters from getting official word so they can pass it along to us consumers. And I doubt it would send the executives in the company any kind of signal of interest at all.
