But I really don't know why are you trying to insult me. I think that will be better to stop our conversation. BTW, during last four years, I met a lot of "managers" from US and West Europe. They came to our country, full of ideas how they "show us" the right business. But in 90% cases, the result of their "management" was the bankruptcy. Large computer/software producers was the first who observed that for the Czech market it is necessary to have Czech managers. Not only the market, but the whole life and the way how peoples think is completely different. Best regards PavelK
