I have uploaded a file, S-G-G.FAQ, which is a compilation of frequently
asked questions about the Internet newsgroup, sci.geo.geology. This newsgroup
covers many of the topics of interest here–geology, fossils, and mineralogy.

There are similar FAQ files for sci.techniques.xtallography, which deals with
crystallography, and some other newsgroups. Is there an interest here in these
internet resources?
