Garry, I have seen the actual paperwork that was filed in the Bahamian (sp?) Supreme Court. The Court date was May 31st. The document named the accounting firm who was to do the liquidation and also indicated that Commodore Electronics, Ltd. was really Commodore International. As to what happened on the 31st, I haven't a clue. One source that I have says that Samsung is not interested in building Amigas but rather getting Commodore's distribution centers in Europe. Another source tells me that Samsung is no more in the running than any of the other companies. Another source says that Commodore did ask for an extension. The point here is that other than the court date there is no facts to be found out there. Those who really know are not talking. 🙂 -mark= Otto Pilot Engaged..
