Not according to Dr. Greg, whom I spoke with at length a couple of weeks
ago. He said that Supra has a license to distribute the current version
world wide, but they don't seem interested in pushing it, so they might
not choose to make the non-Supra versions available. That's a limitation
of their choice, not their license.
