There isn't much 'official' info. However, Commodore did consist of 35 or
so individual companies, and many of them were not affected by the
'voluntary liquidation'.
Commodore, as was, is dead. But there is hope that the Amiga may be
continued by the rest of the Commodore subsidaries under another company
like Samsung, HP, etc.

Magazines like AMIGA WORLD have a two to three month news lag, due to time
needed to arranage the articles, advertising, art, proof reading,
printing, and shipping.
