Sure, they are certainly still operating. "ceased trading," at least in the US, would usually refer to Commodore stock, though, and that is true. At least, it is no longer officially traded on the NYSE, though I understand that you can buy and sell it on "pink slips" (My understanding is that the stock isn't officially transfered to the name of the new owner, but the old owner and new owner basically have a written agreement about who owns the stock). — Dale L.
