Kevin, I am glad to know someone has had some luck with Supra Customer Service. Maybe after some of my calls and letters they changed things. The fact being is that when I have called them I have got responses from "what is an Amiga" to "I think someone here knows about those". This was about a year or so ago. There are a few reasons I have lost faith in the Supra modems. One being that I have had to upgrade the roms so often and had to pay for each revision. Secondly that it has problems connecting at 14.4 reliably when my el-cheapo Infotels connect with no problem what so ever. The kicker here is that I didn't know how bad it was unitl I got a Infotel from a friend to use breifly. Now I am sticking with the Infotel brand. (Cheap and reliable) About the Hayes thing, I don't see anything great about them either, especially thier price. // Gary Vander Mei on Auto-Pilot \X/
