For the most part, it is the same answer for anything that Autodesk has released as freely distributable to the public. If you are distributing it to show your own work done with Autodesk products, no problem. If you are distributing something as part of a commercial application, you need a licence agreement. That is a general rule of thumb, but of course you should check specific cases with the legal dept. -b
