Jerry, We try to include the necessity for 2.0x or higher in the descriptions of files, but sometimes it gets past us, especially when someone else has written the descriptions and we are just checking the files before making them public. You will find that more and more of the software – commercial and freely distributable (especially the latter) require the newer OS. There are many, many things built into 2.0x and higher that are just not available without tons of programming in the older systems. It is WELL worth the cost of upgrading – if you can still locate an upgrade kit. They are getting a bit scarce now. You will find your machine to be seriously handicapped without this new system, and this will be more true all the time. —Betty
